The 2023 Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc is another top-line example of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, opening with passionfruit, nashi pear and lime notes on the nose. The palate is again bursting with loads of fresh limey fruit, restrained tropical fruit notes and mouth watering acidity. The impressive purity and dry, balanced finish make this a standout example that is sure to be well-received by Shaw and Smith fans.
